We are not a pet-friendly hotel

Here at Hotel Villa Alpina, we've always aimed to be an oasis of comfort and tranquillity. Wanting to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests, we've made the decision not to allow pets in our hotel.

There are many reasons behind this decision.

First and foremost, we want to ensure a hygienic environment for all our guests. In saying this, we're thinking of all the guests who stay with us and who suffer from allergies to animal hair and are looking for a safe solution.

Second, we want to ensure the tranquillity and relaxation of our guests. Some people might prefer to enjoy their stay without the potential distractions or noise that pets might cause.

Finally, we also consider the well-being of the animals themselves. Not all pets can easily adapt to an unfamiliar environment like a hotel. We don't believe our hotel offers the right accommodations for animals, as it doesn't have adequate indoor and outdoor spaces.

We prefer not to disappoint your expectations.

Unlike other properties that claim to "accept dogs" but then impose restrictions and limitations on their access to common areas, we prefer to be honest and transparent. Here, we only welcome human guests because we don't want dogs to experience a restricted stay or be subject to extra charges.

That's why we openly state that our hotel is not the right choice if you want to travel with your four-legged friends.

We understand that this policy may seem unwelcoming to some, but we are confident that you will understand our point of view and our desire to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests.
